And u do 295 @ 8-10 reps? ... or did i read that wrong. Or you counting that as 1rep max.
Dude! Iz u high? If I were doing 295lbs 300 would NOT be a problem for me lol.... that's 1-rep max man.

By "sitting rows" you mean cable rows? With the "V" attachment?

You do deads as well or no?

If you find the DBs too light then you can always just do pushups. Bang out sets of 20. That's what I used to do. Just keep doing them until I did 100 in the morning and 100 in the evening.

How old are you again? 15? Best thing you can do right now is EAT. No matter how much you work out you're not going to put on size unless you're consuming more than you usually do.

And you're not going to see much of a difference in DAYS.... it's going to take weeks and MONTHS of work to pack on muscle properly.

Chin-ups and Pushups will work well.

You could also work your shoulders by doing lateral raises with the DBs.

I'm guessing that your legs will be ok from all the jumping and basketball.

Good luck!

Yep cable rows with V attachment.

I wonder what my one rep max is then. I can probably push out about 8 @ 225. But I usually do my sets at 185 or 205.

if my legs are fatigued, should i keep doing plyometrics? i was touching the rim at one point and 3 weeks later, i fail to touch the backboard. i definately lost explosiveness and my legs are tired but it doesnt hurt. will i ever see the rim again?

You will probally see an increase in strenght before you see any body changes.
Protein is always good. Try a Isolate Whey Protein.

Try it next chest day then Nancy! You usually work out w. spotters right? 225 x 8 is pretty damn good... prob same as me. I've been training maxes more than higher reps for a while though. Just getting back into 8-10 range now.

Negative. Never did 265.

I think most I ever pushed was 245 a few times.

Really? I could have sworn that I remembered you telling about some big asian dude that made you do 265 one day lol.

Anyway... if you're pumpin' out 8 reps of 225 you should be fine up to at least 275 IMO for a 1-rep max.... if you have a spot just go for it one day (and be careful).

I did arms this morning but I'm feeling kind of inspired so I'm gonna back tonight just to do some bench and see if I can't get 300.

Most of your explosiveness comes from your core and not from your legs.
