been doing 5x5 pullups with 10 pounds attached to a weight belt. have to say it's the best back and bicep pump i've had in a long time.

Young man, even pothead authorities use the very argument that is IS a detriment to athletic performance to argue against the accusations that it can be used as a performance enhancing drug.

lifting high, i've never experienced a drop-off in performance, i actually find i'm more focused when i'm stoned. there have been times where i've lifted more weight. i don't prefer going to the gym high because there are other ways i'd rather spend my high time. personally though, it's never been a hindrance for me.

longterm effects who knows, but on a workout to workout basis it hasn't been an issue.

I did google. it I also found, as I expected, information to the contrary searching for the same thing.

You made the claim that pot hinders athletic performance. I have never seen anything that proves that pot does this. I asked you for your proof and you are unwilling to provide it.
