That's tough.

Exile is a great album, but I think Let it Bleed and Beggar's Banquet are better.

Also, The White Album has some of my favourite Lennon tracks...I'm So Tired, Julia, Happiness Is a Warm Gun, Yer Blues...

the stones generally getr a big ol' meh from me. i know it's unfair, but they just don't do much for me. my band covers a couple of tunes - torn and frayed, lovin' cup - but i get a lot more out of playing them than listening to them.

There was a period though where the Stones were unstoppable.

Beggar's Banquet, Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers, Exile On Main St. Throw in singles like Jumpin' Jack Flash and Honly Tonk Woman. I can't listen to them that much probably because I've heard and/or played it all so many times.

I love Let It Bleed. I think it's about as perfect an album as you could make.

Give Me Shelter, Live With Me, Let It Bleed, Midnight Rambler, Monkey Man, You Can't Always Get What You Want, You've Got The Silver, Love In Vain, Country Honk...

OMG - I voted for the wrong album somehow. I guess it doesn't matter.
