but tbh I was gonna try it once but apparently the exercises really fuck up your knees, way too much repetition

but there are a bunch of youtube vids of kids who say air alert has helped them dunk

Program if anyone is interested. 8-14inches in 15 weeks is incredible; the extra hops that'll put me on par with the six footers at my school.

its plyometrics.

be in shape before you do the programme, it's very easy to hurt yourself doing the exercises.

I've done it before, and it works quite well, I can already dunk no problem, but gave em more air time.

omg after 5 weeks I was in pain and I gained nothing. That was two days ago. Today, my legs felt nice n I swear I have more power in my legs. Dont have means to measure buti have to now duck my head to avoid hitting the low ceiling. I was not scares to hot my head two days ago. Man I'm hyped

Don't do this shit, you'll end up REALLY hurting your knee. My cousin was on it for 3 weeks and now suffers from reoccuring knee injuries.

havent had any problems with the exercise as of yet. will keep doing it, i did 5 weeks i got 10 more to go

My vert dropped 5 inches? Wth happened? My legs are tired and the power in my hops has decreased. Not really in pain though. I'm back to square one
