Default Age limit on Halloween?

Yes or No.

I've just seen a bunch of 30 somethings walking around like morons in the typical:

slutty nurse and "hot" doctor get ups

I say, once you reach puberty, the dressing up should stop. I know there are a few here that still dress up (Hoops, 'cuda), but I am taking a stand and saying no more.

Adults have Halloween parties - if you don't dress up for a Halloween party, then you're just boring.

I don't go trick or treating, and i'm not dressed up to walk around during the day.

to each his own

My boss expects everyone to dress up for every holiday and those who don't are shunned and treated like shit for the next couple of weeks.

If you're going to a Halloween party, you won't dress up?

Oh, I dress up cause I'm going to a club on Saturday where everyone is going to be dressed up. Would feel kinda silly if I'm the only one not in costume.

Now if you're dressing up with the purposes of going door to door requesting candy, then I agree with 'trane - if you're old enough to shave or you're at a level higher than grade 8, you're too damn old to go trick or treating.

It's fine to dress up, but anyone notice how women dress slutty, no matter what they are - like they wait for this time of year to let it all out? Just driving home tonight, I saw a slutty nurse, doctor, football player, basketball player, maid, etc. You have Little Bo Ho and every incarnation of every schoolgirl ever.

Shut it down at 13. After that, you should only be dressing up for a party. There's no need to go door to door, if you want candy, just buy some. It's like $10.

But to slightly switch the topic a bit (sorry, a couple of things bugging me), I have three big beefs from taking the kid out tonight. 1. What kind of a person tries to scare a 4 year old? Why do I have to tell somebody off every Halloween? 2. How bad is your financial situation when you are giving out last year's Christmas candy for Halloween? If that's your situation, turn your lights off and save me the trouble of throwing the crap in the garbage. 3. So a guy AND his wife take their kids out trick or treating while NOBODY hands out candy at their house? WTF? One parent goes out, one stays at home to hand out candy. My wife and I even switch half way through the night (I got the second half at home so I could still watch the game). Okay, I'm done being grumpy now.
