1 of the first in Canada

I just completed my Geography project last night, and man am I glad. Although I don't think the mark mattered.

This was just basically a pilot project. My class worked on a project with a different school via the internet. We have this program called google docs that allows us to work collaboratively with up to 3 people at a time. We also had microphones that allowed me to talk into it and they could here it from their computer at their school and vice versa. Pretty cool

As for the Geography part, all it was was the migration of a country of your choice.

Just thought I'd let you know

EDIT: If this works out, these projects could go as far as working with someone overseas.

WOW that is cool. I know a program in a high school is that you can do what you just said but overseas. That is sick

Ya, hated my partners though. I did every thing and they just put my things in different places. So I get up to present my presentation, and my projects all out of order and I'm thinking 'what the f*ck'

Heehee, sounds like when we had workgroups at school and we let one guy with initiative be the workhorse for the whole group while the rest of us sat back

We did it with a school near us. I'm amazed we did it cause my school is shit with less than 100 kids

My school is overpopulated with 1600 students. It is a highschool though

My school is a hallway. Stand at one end of the school and you'll see the other end with no problem. We even have a 4/5/6 class cause no teacher wants to teach there. I'm going to high school next year even though i will be in grade 8. Their shutin her down

turns out there weren't enough teachers

I remember we had half a year of school in portables, that was good times

Pretty fun I must say because the teacher is eithe with the 2's or the 3's, never with both
