![]() Wow. I swear Richardson is playing really good right now and why would they want Zach down low. I see no point in this trade and right now the Gm of ORl just seems to be scrambling

![]() this trade makes sense for both sides
obviously with the moves orlando made this year, they're trying to win it this year or nothing so zbo would fit nicely as a half year rental player for the stretch run and off the books by season end grizzlies get a young pf in return and a serviceable sg in richardson instead of getting nothing when zbo walks via free agency |

![]() I care nothing for this trade. But anything that makes orlando bettter is good to me.
I do not wanna see Miami, or Boston in the finals. Love to see the bulls KNicks or Orlando. |

![]() it gives orlando a reliable scorer in the post which they haven't had in dwight howard, and with randolph and howard you have easily the best rebounding front-court in the NBA. it makes orlando better in the short term. like panda said it also gives orlando some nice cap flexibility going forward. if i'm orlando and this deal is on the table i don't hesitate. 'trane mentioned chemistry issues, but i don't think anyone's heard a peep out of zach randolph since he started playing in memphis, so my guess is orlando's banking on the memphis zach randolph to show.

![]() Dwight Howard has been very reliable in the post this year. No ones been able to stop him outside of MIA 1 game.
But him and Dwight together would give them a shot again. Theyd be unstoppable inside and on the offensive glass. Defence is another story though. |

![]() i'm still not convinced dwight howard is a guy that can be relied on to get buckets in the fourth when everything is on the line. zach randoloph will be more reliable in that sense and will open things up for dwight howard which will also make him more reliable by diffusion.

![]() Bass I wouldn't think is a starter on a contending team, but I haven't watched him much this year. Either way the Magic are very weak at the PF spot with just Bass and Anderson, and they are overloaded with good wing players, so it would be easier to pull the trigger on a good SG in Richardson to get a good PF in Randolph.
And BTW, the Grizzlies really don't want Randolph playing for them anymore. lol It's pretty obvious a few months back he wasn't going to get re-signed, I remember reading or hearing something about that. |
