Wiz trying to deal Blatche

The Wizards are interested in trading Andray Blatche, according to sources.

But team officials are realistic about whether they will be successful as he has four seasons remaining on his current contract.

good luck. this guy is one of the biggest headcases in the league and his contract is ugly.

Alex 01-13-2012 11:12 PM

Trade him to SAS where he can learn to play properly.

Isn't he a small forward turned center kinda thing? Not as bad as Shawn Kemp obviously.

Wizards are such a mess it hurts to watch. Do they have any players that aren't headcases?

To Toronto:

Andray Blatche
Ronny Turiaf
Wizards 1st overall unprotected

Wall and Vesely are awesome. And Rashard is a nice vet guy. But Wall seems to be getting affected by their culture. I feel very sorry for him. You'd have to pay me extra to work with Blatche, Javale and Crawford.

I think Blatche is a guy who could make a 180 degree turn around like Zach Randolph. It will just take some more time for him to mature. I think after a certain time of being in the league guys stop thinking about individual accomplishments and stats and usually worry about winning a championship before it's too late.

it would be awesome if you could sign a guy and "loan" him out like you can in soccer.
then you could wait and hope.
right now, I wouldn't want him on my team no matter how bad it is. It's less frustrating to just tank and draft good guys. You may miss a few, but you'd likely have an All Star talent quicker than Blatche matures.

I still would not take. The first pick is sexy but look what comes with it. Blatche is capable of killing an entire locker room and Turiaf is a Knick. I would rather have the all-star playing Bargnani who is probably a quiet type.

What are taking about Turiaf being a knick? He is clearly on Washingtons roster.
