I'd much rather have Jermaine because of contract and cap space next year. Ignoring that, I'd take Chuck. Healthy, relatively young, no character concerns.

Jonas, much harder to get a good center than a good power forward.

JO easily. If he didn't have to suffer so many injuries he would still be a really good PF/C.

I hate both teams equally, but I'd pick the Knicks.

Lakers, easily. They have a top 5 pick this year (probably), cap space this summer and next summer, there's just a lot more that you can do.

In NY, it's all about convincing Melo to stay and then waiting another year in hopes that you can sign a superstar in 2015.

There's also less pressure in LA, I think. It's obvious the Kobe/Pau era is at an end. They'll talk big but I doubt it's a "build a contender by 2015 or you are fired" type of proposition.
If you keep that team semi-competitive while Kobe pads his career points, your job should be safe. So you can actually think long term and be a little patient. Draft and develop the 2014 rookie. Sign someone younger, like Lance Stephenson. Re-sign Pau to a smaller deal. Add some vets. Win 40 games. Then try to target Marc Gasol or Love next year.

Kyle Lowry or Russell Westbrook this year.

Seriously think about it. Take in the difference of their health this year. Would you risk taking Westbrook??

Westbrook.

If it was for the full year, he would be injured and we would have tanked with no pg.

If it is from now till the end. Westbrook, ill hope he stays healthy and would help a lot more imo

My Question:
Have BC or Dolan as your mentor?

Noah. He's a better overall player offensively, and I think he's better defensively as well.

Mike Conley or Ty Lawson?

Scottie Pippen because he actually played in the toughest basketball era between the 80's and 90's were there was constant tough defense + hand checking wasn't a foul back then, no flopping bullshit (which James does a ton of) and during that time it was much harder to score because of no defensive 3 second in the key rule. When you attacked the net back in the day there would always be a big 7 footer waiting to hit you in the key, unlike the pussy NBA game today.

That really depends on what type of team we are talking about, but for this game I'll go with Lawson
