Jeez, I wish the Raptors looked as ugly as the 21-10 Lakers right now. Such high standards are set for the organization, it is scary.

Not directed at you "thought".... but as always... some people here need to realize these things.

Why was Bosh even brought up in a thread about the Lakers?

ToRap likes to bring up Bosh's name any chance he can get.
i think he may have a slight crush on him.
either that, or he is actually Bosh's mom.

Just drawing parallels.

A lot of people fail to understand that there's a lot that goes into putting together a strong team.

It's not about how good your single star is....

It isn't about how good your coach is....

It's about how your TEAM fits together... from the starting 5 to the last guy on the bench.

There are some that have bitched and whined and complained about Bosh for years (and the number of those people have grown since Bosh has left), expecting him to perform miracles that NO player in the NBA could deliver.

So again... I guess that I'm just taking every opportunity that I can now to point out how difficult it really is for one guy to carry a team for 82 games BY HIMSELF.

their schedule was to easy beginning of the season. they thought they had adopted a playing that style with their new players that would work for the full season, but it turns out it only works on scrub teams. zen master will fix this stuff and kobe will stop taking 25+ shots a game. it is only late december. there are still, give or take, 4months.

Well the Lakers won today against the Hornets, so they might be back to normal now.

Hornets are sucking like no tomorrow right now. So I don't consider this win any where near the end of the Lakers problems.

Because they are tired of the playoffs and need rest.

I think Jackson played Gasol too much at the beginning of the season and now he is feeling the effects of playing 20+ games at 40+ mins in a row. He had 5 turnovers last night and Kobe taking 20+ shots isn't helping his game either.

whatever it is - bottle it - make it last a long long time, like the taste of Buckley's cough syrup.

They're painful to watch right now. That loss to Memphis was ugly.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Artest dealt right now as he seems to be the scapegoat out there.

barnes is a better option than artest at this point. i don't know what happened to ron's offensive game but it's so awful that it's outweighing the benefits his defense brings.

even his defense is mediocre now.
he's getting by on reputation more than anything else right now.
