Well, Gilbert tries to answer that in his blog today.

Yeah, as always Arenas doesn't make sense. I mean, I understand the point he's trying to make and that being unless your averaging more assists than points you shouldn't be considered a "true point guard" but there are alot of things a "true point guard" that does when running an offense that doesn't necessarily show up in the stats. So, I think he's grasping for straws here.
