Default WC PLAYOFFS RD 2: (2) OKC THUNDER vs (3)LA CLIPPERS

STARTERS:

OKC

Russell Westbrook
Thabo Sefolosha
Kevin Durant
Serge Ibaka
Kendrick Perkins

LAC

Chris Paul
JJ Redick
Matt Barnes
Blake Griffin
DeAndre Jordan

KEY ROTATION PLAYERS:

OKC

Derek Fisher
Reggie Jackson
Nick Collison
Steven Adams

LAC

Darren Collison
Jamal Crawford
Glen Davis

Key Matchups:

This should be an extremely high scoring and fun series to watch. LAC really has no answer for both Westbrook and Durant, as Westbrook is too big for Paul, and too quick for JJ, and Durant is too quick for Barnes to handle. It's going to take a great coaching job by Rivers to slow down those two.

If the Clippers want to win, outside of creating a great scheme to slow down the OKC 2, they need their frontcourt to play as well or better than they did in the 1st round. Griffin needs to dominate the paint and go for 25+ every night, and DeAndre needs to continue to control the glass and the paint on defence.

It's going to take superhuman efforts from CP, Blake, DeAndre, and Rivers to pull this one out due to the matchup issues. Because I picked LAC to win it all this year, I have to go with them, but my gut says Thunder in 7.

PREDICTION:

LAC in 7

This series is extremely tough to call, i'll say OKC in 7 but I could see either team winning.

I see OKC in 6. Last 2 games with the Grizz seemed to have snapped them back together and focused them.

Durant and Westbrook look scared of Jordan.

cp3 destroying okc, why doesn't okc use their 'defensive stopper' in thabo to guard cp3

If they put Sefolosha on CP3, then Redick will get a lot of open 3's from Westbrook's bad gambles. Clippers are playing an extremely intelligent game right now. If they could get Blake going too it might be over by the end of the 3rd.
