Memphis has emerged, looking like a team that could make it to the Finals if they continue to play defence like they have the past 3 games. Looks like everything is finally clicking for them. Obviously, them, like LAC, will have a lot of trouble vs SAS, but I think MEM has a better shot vs SAS with their advantage inside, its just a matter if they can score enough vs SAS.
I think MEM will beat OKC handily now without Westbrook. OKCs offence is horrible now and they should have an easy time just trapping Durant on every play.
This is obviously all assuming BG cant go again, or cant move while playing. Its not looking good, as high ankle sprains generally take at least 2 weeks to heal.
I enjoy watching MEM, so I cant be that angry that LAC likely wont advance. Hopefully this will be the start of LAC taking the next step into becoming a true contender, getting a coach like SVG, and cleaning up their roster.
