Warriors Warriors: Jeremy Lin Waived Pushing for D. Jordan

Quote:
The Warriors have waived Jeremy Lin, sources have confirmed.

Lin was pulled from practice on Friday and informed of the decision.

Golden State's decision was due to salary cap reasons in their efforts to make a run at DeAndre Jordan.

Was just going to post something about this.

I was impressed by what little I saw of him. Decent size (6'3" 200lbs) and seems to be a smart kid. And lord knows it'd be a marketing dream if he got consistent minutes with the huge asian community here.

Im pretty sure a lot of Asians would go ecstatic over this signing. Ill like to see him in a Toronto Uniform too, just showing the how multi cultural the NBA can be

+1

I can already imagine MLSE yelling at Bryan to get him a contract. Great for ticket sales.

I'm happy to hear that he's getting another shot in this league.

When will there be an Indian dude in the NBA? Or in any professional league for that matter?
