WOW! Hickson for Randolph??? They're not that stupid are they?

We can give them more then that by a long shot! Amir for Randolph

Quote:
I’ve heard Cleveland’s J.J. Hickson’s name come up as a straight up possibility and now, that is NOT getting value for Randolph.

Quote:
But if Hickson is the caliber of player that might be available straight up for Randolph, what in the world would the Warriors get for Randolph + Maggette
Quote:
Starting Randolph would be making a point to Vladimir Radmanovic, to frustrated Warriors fans, and it’d be a symbolic raspberry to the rampant reports that the Warriors are shopping Randolph.

This is such classic Warriors’ manuevering: They’ve put themselves in a corner with Randolph’s camp–his agent, Bill Duffy is apparently furious–they’ve alienated Randolph and they’ve tipped off the entire league on their lukewarm feelings towards the 20-year-old jumping jack.

They’ve walked halfway down the path to trading him PRECISELY when they don’t know for sure how valuable he really is or good he might be.

I'd rather keep Amir. Can we give them Wright instead?

Doubt it. The only issue in getting Randolph for any team is that they'd prefer to package him with Maggette. Who the hell would wanna touch that contract and giveup anything of significance?

Don Nelson needs to be fired ASAP or G-State won't have a team in a couple years.

Pffft, as much as i like Amir i'd much rather have Randolph. Especially if Bosh were to leave.

What about Jose & POB 4 Randolph & Mags?

Cause I'm really liking what I see out of the Jack, Banks combo!

Amir, Banks, Wright for Randolph, Mags and Watson.

They get 6 million plus in expirings in Amir and Wright, Banks is half the price and half the length of Mags.

Jose/Jack/Watson
Mags/Derozan/Beli
Turk/Weems
Bosh/Randolph/Pops
Bargs/RAsho/POB

say what you want about mags, his ball hogging ways at times, his big bad contract, his sometimes less than stellar attitude, he is certainly better than any wing we currently have(outside Hedo)

Maggette is a striaght loser. He doesn't know what it takes to win. He leaves the Clippers, they start to improve. He jions an up-start GS, they start to lose.

First of all saying that the Clippers has improved is grossly exaggerated, and saying that GS were upstarts, maybe maybe not.....but one good season might have just been a fluke. Then Baron Davis left and the team fucked around their young players and have mismanaged like no other team in the league with the possible exception of NY. I wouldn't want Maggette here, but the problems on those teams go far beyond him.

The problem with Jack/Banks is what would happen if Jack went down? We'd Banks. And only Banks. Even as his biggest fan, I know that he can't carry the load at PG for a winning team.

Doesn't matter now we have Hedo & Beli (sort of) to pick up the slack!
