Default Trouble in Paradise already for the Mavs and J-Kidd?

Uh-oh ... could Kidd and Avery be clashing already or like Avery mentions is it the media that are the ones making it a bigger deal than it really is?

"The disappointing part is when you have negative journalism and talk about how we're not working out well together, or we overreacted to a situation where I didn't have him in the game for a certain stretch of the game, and then it poisons the mind of people."

I like Avery, but he's a fucking idiot for not playing Kidd in the dying moments of that game. Kidd may not be a good shooter but he's been clutch over the years when it counts, and I'd much rather have Kidd driving the ball to the hole and making a play than Terry in that spot. Kidd would have found Stackhouse i nthe corner or Dirk up top on that play and they would have at least gotten an open look. The whole 'we needed to spread the court for Dirk' thing is a joke. I dunno wtf he was thinking.

Yeah, I'm slowly convincing myself that a lot of blame for the Mavs choking the last 2 years is on Avery. When you have the better team, you shouldn't let one game (Game 3 of the finals) completley destroy you like it did, and his lack of ability to counter Nelson was lol for sure.
