what has durant won? melo? compared to what lebron can do, what he's accomplished? honestly.

LeBron is the best player in the game. He's not the most finesse. If the criteria was what you said (all-around game), then he's the best. If it's finesse and not relying on athleticism, I don't think he's top 5. How is that hating? That's opinion. It's not like I said LeBron sucks lol.

that's a slice of lebron's game, but only a slice. like how kobe's post-game doesn't fully show what kobe's full offensive arsenal really is.

does no one see the assists that lebron has been putting up his whole career? despite the average 3 point shooting percentage, teams wouldn't dare leave him open on the 3 point line. a player that can pretty much dominate on all 5 of the positions on the court has to give some people a clue on his effectiveness on the court.

Dude, we're not talking about assists and stuff here. 007nites was talking about scoring and finesse. If it's all-around game we're talking about, LeBron is in another league. But when talking about scoring and finesse, he's not. And he MAY NOT even be top 5 (i.e. there's a possibility he is...). And how is my "LeBron bias" getting out of hand exactly? I recognize his talent and I always say he's the best player in the game. That's not what we're discussing here though...

Lebron number 1.

Kobe is 4-6 range.

As an overall basketball player? I agree. However, if you were paying attention, that isn't the debate we are having.

That's idiotic. If that's a jab at me, let me just say that I don't think Kobe is even close to MJ's level, period.

You guys act like I'm saying LeBron isn't good or something. I said he's THE BEST player in the game. I don't even think Kobe is top 5. Am I letting my bias affect my judgement? I try really hard not to. And I don't think I've said anything here that would make you think otherwise.

Is doesn't look like you're having much of a debate at all.

What is it that makes you think Kobe is more skilled than Lebron?

Read 007nites' posts. We're talking about finesse here. LeBron is not really a finesse player. Melo/Kobe/Manu/Durant are finesse players. They don't rely on athleticism as much as guys like LeBron/Dwight/Griffin. This doesn't mean LeBron isn't good. Manu isn't even a top 15 player in the league. But when talking about skill and finesse, he's possibly top 5. So when comparing Griffin and Bosh, who is better? I'd say Griffin. Who's has more finesse? I'd say Bosh. However, that doesn't make him a better basketball player. Same thing with Kobe and LeBron. LeBron is a better basketball player. Kobe has more finesse to his game. Get it now?

I swear it's not even a debate. I don't care how good LeBron is, he is simply not a finesse player. He is SKILLED AND TALENTED, yes. He can pass, shoot, rebound, defend, etc. The combination of all those things makes him the best player in the game. Those are all skills. However, his game is not FINESSE. Shaq vs. Olajuwon. Both very skilled. Hakeem was a finesse player. Shaq was a power player, not finesse. Yet, they were BOTH skilled. LeBron and Kobe are both very skilled. Kobe easily has more finesse in his game and that's not even debatable. Durant/Melo/Manu also more finesse than him. However, LeBron is still better than all of them. I hope you get it now bjjs because I can't make it any clearer...

Not the first time... and probably won't be the last either.

Just one more reason I would've dealt him.

Wow, Westbrook better not upset the balance of that team.. I think they'd trade him in a hurry if it was affecting KD's game, Durant is the superstar there, no question. Put up or shutup Westbrook.

Those clips were pretty dope. This play was awesome, too. How strong do you have to be to make that pass while flying out of bounds? Fuck. Stupid Bosh should have kept the block in bounds.

Eric Gordon was out of the lineup but the Hornets still beat Boston. Jarrett Jack had a big game.

The Celts are 0-3
