"Triggas are being pulled! Get that cabbage outta hea!"

This is pretty nuts. J-Rich makes the Suns into a better team. They lost a hard defender in Diaw, but... who knows. I'm going to have to see it to comment!

I think it's pretty even actually. Diaw and Bell are very good starting role players. Although, that could've just been the Phoenix system. But I'll stick to my statement until I see how they perform in Charlotte.

Agreed. I think the trade goes in total favour of the Suns. Dudley, beast on the boards, and Richardson. Wow. FTW

Shitty teams looking to unload some decent players. Trust me there will always be someone that looks at players such as Kapono/AP/Moon and see something in them and think they can use them, especially with AP having an expiring contract. BC can get something done. Not a huge blockbuster, unless he trades one of Bosh/JO/Jose/AB. Which isn't going to happen, but moves will be done to add defensive toughness. At least that's what i'm hoping. He picked up Delfino for next to nothing and was able to trade Haffa for a serviseable Humphries.Who would have ever thought that we could get anything but a 2nd round pick for Haffa!

By the end of this year Kerr will complete the full breakup of the 06/07 Suns.

What the hell MJ? This doesn't even help them financially.

This trade is so bad I'm half convinced MJ saw the Suns struggling, thought "Hey, I liked watching that team the last couple years, they were entertaining. I like Nash and Shaq. I think I'll give them JRich, I want to see the Suns have a chance at a title again"

Actually come to think of it the Suns could end up worse after this deal. Bell and Diaw were their only defenders. It'd be perfect if D'Antoni was still around, but...

I'm trying to figure out why the Suns didn't take Wallace in this trade instead of JRich. He would be exactly what they need. A Marion like defensive 3, SF is their weakest position offensively too. Plus he'd come at a cheaper price, Diaw alone might have gotten him.

I dunno.

Man this Charlotte team just can't get it together. They finally create a decent core of Wallace, Okafor, Felton and Richardson which doesn't turn out to be very good and now they seem to be going into the rebuilding process.

Ironic how all this talk about Wallace being traded and Richardson is the first to go. Not sure what that means for Wallace.

J-Rich gives the Suns a shooter, a guy who can finish on Nash's passes, someone who can penetrate from the perimeter (Something Bell could never do) and a decent defender (Though not as good as Bell).

Dudley is just a guy who almost never takes a possession off.

Dudley, Barnes, Shaq, Lopez...wow this team has a lot of tough guys it has accumulated recently.

Wallace out the door?

The trade heavily favors Phoenix
