Default Shaq done in 2010???

shaq is insisting that he will retire at the end of the 2010 season.

2 more years of the big man...
you think he'll average more that 40 games a season?

I still think he can contribute in a limited capicity, but depending on him for big contributions is probably a mistake, altho he is still capable of a few big games,

it's always the same people

regardless of how much of a demise shaq career has taken, he still creates an enormous amount of space. he could easily still play another two seasons and still be a top ten center in the league. maybe the suns weren't the best team for him to play on, but don't underestimate presence on both sides of the floor.

how could he be good if like you just 'he was sucking like shit and ruining his career by continuing to play'

shaq won't play 82 games, but he will be playing in the play-offs. he spend his whole career saying that the regular season is just a warm-up for the big show. bitch about that all you want, the fact of the matter is that you want him there when that time comes, even at 35-38 years of age.

i was always against that marion trade and will always be.
on any other team, it would have worked, but not phoenix.
shaq will play a handful of games this year and put up a respectable line of about 12/9, which is top 5 in the league for C's... but it just wont work with the suns.
he just doesnt fit their need.

He play's good but because of all his injuries he doesn't make an impact on any team. So by doing this his career points go done and so do rebounds and this is how he is ruining his career

do you really believe that shaq cares about his career points and rebounds going down? the man is a legacy. his career will only be reflected upon poorly from those who only watched his final seasons as a good starting center instead of the most dominating player of his era. personally, i think he cares less of what those people think than myself.

he can still perform, and he still wants to play. let him. i don't know what's up with you, flash and others. no respect for players who have been doing it for years, and do it for the love of the game.

As a player, he's great and is deserving of a HOF spot. As a person, he's just bad.
