Semifinals of the kings cup between Juventud and Real Madrid just ended. Juventud won, and I have to say Rudy fernandez and Ricky Rubio who play for juventud are sick.
This guys are going to be all-stars, whoever draft them are going to be really lucky.
Best spanish players ever.

Really? OK, my bad. I just know that lots of people get the two mixed up and didn't think that Rudy was actually drafted yet.

Probably a smart decision for him because he'll likely sit and rot behind Roy anyways. May as well continue playing overseas until either Roy is dealt somewhere or Rudy himself is apart of a deal. I'm thinking the latter will likely happen before Roy gets dealt anywhere soon.

Rubio is in his third season in the Juventut's first team, and he's only 17. Rudy's rights were traded by the Suns to the Blazers.

Hey Belsius, you are forgetting Mark Gasol. Book it. Him and Rudy are the best in the Spanish league right now. Don't expect a soft guy, he is a true center, 7 feet and very strong, and he is adding some nice skills. If the guy goes to Memphis, Milicic is gonna be bored on the bench.

Yep, I agree rapsfan, I used to think that Mark was too slow, but the has lost weight and become a great player, and he is tougher than his brother. ACB MVP probably too.

I have always wanted Reyes to go to the NBA, he is the toughest spanish player there is, he is badass, now that I think of it, could he play SF for Toronto?, I know he plays PF here, but he would completely solve torontos lack of rebounding and toughness.

I guess his back problems make almost impossible to play at the NBA schulde.

I really miss those battles between Scola and Felipe Reyes, they were so tough and dirty on the paint.

DAMN Spain is stacked.

It's gonna be real interesting to see how the next Olympics play out.

International ball is SO much better now that countries are more balanced.
