Great move by the Spurs. Class guy to the extreme. Character that matches with SA. Really solid 3 point shooter who can play both guard positions.

Oh and you might wanna add this to your post:

Mason's gamble paid off. With Gilbert Arenas missing 69 games while recovering from knee surgery, Mason's minutes increased and he averaged a career-high 9.1 points and a team-high .398 shooting percentage from 3-point range. When Arenas' fill-in Antonio Daniels went down with a knee injury of his own, Mason stepped in as a starter and averaged 17.4 points while boasting a 3-point shooting percentage of .431.

Mason's standout season earned him a high amount of attention during the first day of free agency, as 10 teams contacted him on July 1, Mason said.

Fuck.

Mason is a fucking solid player. He'll really open up the floor for Ginobili and Duncan.

Fucking spurs.

They need someone off the bench who wasn't born before World War II. Mason can fill that role I suppose.

I guess this puts an end to the Delfino to San An talks?

I'd like to see what Roko would've thought about the idea.

I really like this guy. He'd be a great back-up for Tony and will bring lots of morale to the team. But I don't think he'd be right for us. Let Roko be our 2nd-stringer.
