Ray Allen's about had it. Jason Terry is a very good replacement for Boston.
Miami doesn't need to get any better. I suppose Allen will take over for James Jones off the bench. Definately an upgrade for any bench in the league.

Stern didn't want to offer teams over the cap the mini-mid level. Maybe some players would have had second thoughts about only taking the vets minimum. The Heat are now even better with Allen. They might also acquire Camby.

Chalmers/Cole
Wade/Allen/Jones
James/Battier/Miller
Bosh/Haslem
Camby/Hamilton/Anthony

Marcus Camby Houston: 19 Games, 25 Minutes, 9.3 RPG, 1.5 BPG, 7.1 PPG. He's getting old but not bad numbers last year. He can still rebound and block shots.

I think most people knew this was going to happen. Doesn't mean the guy was a legit source.

I can just say Dwight is going to LA according to my sources. If it happens, it doesn't mean I'm a legit source or I have legit sources.

If the NBA doesn't do something about player collusion and the weak attitude of leaving to stacked teams to stack them further... there won't be an NBA. No title from the heat is earned and it really sickens me.

If the Raptors never have a chance as long as this keeps up...why would I continue to watch? Stern's time has passed and something really needs to be done to save the game and put some semblance of parity back in it.

Since Wade and LBJ play point so much I can easily envision a 4th Q line of:
Allen
Wade
LBJ
Bosh
Camby?
Yikes, good luck to anyone else.

this has gone too far. the playoffs wont even be enjoyable to watch anymore. what happened to winning titles on your own? In the sense of having a team built around one star, not a team built of stars. Maybe I'm just upset because Raptors can never have a stacked team like the heat, but i guess that's just the way it is. And for all those LBJ hotdog riders.. I don't count that ring.

i used to be like you guys, pissed that the heat get the best players, but really if you think about it, would you blame these guys for stacking? The #1 goal in the NBA is to win championships, Ray Ray is really past his prime, so I honestly don't mind him going to a better situation than he was in. He is playing a role that he actually fits, and not a dependable third option like he was years ago. Similarily with Nash, I don't blame him for going to L.A, wants that ring and served his team to his best capabilities.

I'll finally admit that you can't blame the players. You have to blame the system.

I would bet $1000 that KG is not happy about this. I know how much KG hates the Heat.

He clashed with Rondo's ego so he goes to play with James and Wade.

yeah it sucks that the heat keep getting stronger, but what makes them a joke? taking less money to play for a contender is what you wanna see happen, not people signing for major cash in a losing environment.

I understand players like Nash chasing a ring, but Ray Allen... That's just low in my eyes.
