So MarShon Brooks during the Howard trade rumours (in which he would have gone to Clips) played a terrible game where he started 0-10 with 4 turnovers. A few days later after pulling out from the Howard deal, he drops 34 which tied a record or something.
Maybe the rumours had something to do with it? |

I watched a lot of the Bobcats game before I left yesterday and MKG looks like the rich mans version of Iguodala. His ball handling and decision making is impressive(as well as the timing on his passes off the dribble), he drives more under control to the basket, and he is who we thought he was on defence. He's going to be a special player.
If he ever fixes that hitch in his shot he could easily become the 3rd best SF in the NBA. But yesterday he even shot his jumper with a lot of confidence so I cant really hate on the form too much if it works. |

Looks like Barnes had a good game yesterday also.
23points in 25MIN. He shot 8-13 and 4-4 from 3! From reading around, Barnes, Beal, MKG(BIG TIME), & Ross all had good debuts in their summer league action. |

He looked like a vet out there. His handle was the most surprising thing to me. He was explosive yet under control. Hes uber talented yet composed. I'm really impressed.

Mkg is the real deal. He gets in the lane at will. Knocked down a 3. Garnett intense. His handles are top notch. Legit no 2 pick luckily for Charlotte they made the right pick and that wasn't easy everybody had him falling to cleveland

Jeremy Lamb is putting together a impressive summer league so far:
19pts(7-15O, 1-5 3PT, 4-4FT) 2rebounds in 24MIN 26pts(8-15O, 3-8 3PT, 7-8FT) 4rebounds in 34MIN 16pts(6-11O, 1-4 3PT, 3-3FT) 2rebounds in 26MIN 3games: 20.3PPG 51% FG 29% 3PT 93%FT 2.7RPG in 28MPG 3pt % can use a improvement but shooting well besides that. EDIT: Terrence Jones has also been doing well for Houston in the summer league Jeremy Lamb: 3games: 20.3PPG 2.7RPG 51% FG 29% 3PT 93%FT in 28MPG Terrence Jones: 3games 16.7PPG 7.3PRG 53% FG 50% 3PT 80%FT in 23MPG Last edited by RaptorsandBuckeye FaN; 07-17-2012 at 01:38 AM. |
