Default NBA Salaries Adjusted for Win-Shares

Stolen from reddit. As far as the Raptors go, Amir Johnson and Kyle Lowry's positive increases jump out at me. Steph Curry was a big adjustment, and most people won't be surprised to see LeBron's salary adjusted upwards while Bosh and Wades are adjusted downwards significantly.

186 percent for Demar. Interesting. Minus 98 percent for Bargnani.

Amir, JV and KL are the only players on the raps aside from Acy with above average WS/48mins. DD had a career high of 0.75 but still has never averaged the league average .100. Impressed that he has that 186% though.

Demar is at 186% because he was on the final year of his rookie contract last season. I would be dissapointed if he was not that high. When you look at the adjusted salary, what it shows is that he is now worth his extension. If he did the exact same thing next year, he'd register at about 0%

Ah - I was having trouble trying to figure that out. It does look like him and Gay are valued pretty equally. It would be nice to see them with similar contracts eventually, and I don't mean in terms of Demar getting a big raise.

So basically this table says that if you want to spend 67 mil on a 34 wins team, you should pay Amir 15 mil and DeMar 9.5 mil.
