only in terms of PER.
He's having his best defensive year, he's their best defender (and if you remember his previous seasons, it's almost like Melo leading a team's defense). That takes a lot of his energy.
He's still the leader of that team, emotionally, offensively and now even defensively.

With the No. 1 pick in the 2006 draft, the Toronto Raptors select LaMarcus Aldridge. With the No. 8 pick in the 2004 draft, the Raptors select Andre Igouldala. All hindsight, but it shows why the franchise is headed for its fourth straight lottery pick!

Just like players, its called Accountability! There is a reason why the franchise has one winning season in the past nine years and is headed to the lottery for the fourth straight year. Its draft mistakes, poor free agent signings, and shit coaches like Jay Triano and Kevin O'Neil.

With the number 4 pick in the 2003 draft, the Raptors select Dwayne Wade.... hindsight can work even better!

Oooohhhh Weeeee!!! SNL - YouTube
A couple of All-Star apperances and two playoff appearances as the clear-cut best player on the team. What has Andrea Bargnani in almost the same period (besides being injured).

This is hilarious. Are you suggesting Aldridge over Bargnani isn't close to Wade over Bosh? Glad you can hate on Bargnani but I can't point out the obvious!

I'm looking at the results. Take out the Shaq year, when Wade didn't have the best center in the league, Miami Heat were a .500 team or a few games better than .500 and a first round knock-out. All four names above are the best players on their teams, however only 3 have led their teams to the playoffs. One of them has led the team straight to a lottery pick.

Actually, Bargnani has led this team to the playoffs, twice. And you can't just say, take out the Shaq year..... and say that you're looking at the results. Wade has a title and he's miuch better than Bosh. I'm spotting you that Aldridge is better than Bargnani and calling it an identical scenario. You're trying to say that Wade isn't better than Bosh?

Are you kidding me, Bargnani led his team to the playoffs. He shot 40% in his first year, and below that the next year. He led nothing. Couple that with his terrible defense and rebounding numbers. Wade is better than Bosh. However, without an elite player like Shaq, Wade had the same results. Miami was few games above .500 and a first round knockout in the playoffs. Even Kobe who was the best player in the league, had a.500 record with the Lakers and first round victms in the playoffs before Gasol came into the picture.

Bargnani led this team to the playoffs twice.... booyah. Wade has a title, now it doesn't count? We can both skew logic.

When its comes to Bargnani, logic is out the window with you. Your best player will lead their team to the playoffs. The Raptors will never make the playoffs when he is your best player. So lets go JV and the 2012 Draft Pick!!!

How I am being irrational, I said Wade was better with Bosh. In Toronto, Bosh has never had a teammate like Shaq in his prime. If the playing field was even, with Wade and a bunch of role players, and Bosh and a bunch of role players, the team results were similiar. Both players had a .500 team (few games above) and first round knockouts. Look it up!!

it's basic, this is how: I said wade>bosh, aldridge>bargnani... and you got all upset about bargnani. That's how. Look it up, it's just above.

I guess, he's still the most talented there(for now). Offensively though, he's shooting about 35% if I'm not mistaken.
