Keep in mind that Oracle Arena was renovated in 1997. It wasn't just some run of the mill, standard renovation. They literally gutted it until nothing was left and then completely rebuilt the inside. Only the exterior looks the same. But like someone said, that will be irrelevant come 2017 when the SF waterfront arena is completed.
