Again, the only reason the Heat were able to continually fend OKC off was because of Battier. And I don't think he can keep up this tremendous shooting from downtown for 3 more games. I still like OKC's chances, but they need to wake up and win the first half at least.

Someone needs to kidnap Scott Brooks and force him to start the small lineup or else somethin bad gon happen. Theres a reason why Miami kills you in the 1st and 3rd quarters idiot. Its the most obvious and biggest adjustment ever, and he just refuses to make it. Bring Perkins off the bench. If Spoelstra could do it to Bosh you can do it to Kendrick I cant catch a pass or move my feet Perkins

Mehh, i don't bitch all that much about Bosh. In fact i've defended him at times around here amongst the over the top hatred on this board. But there are times when i'd just love to give him a shot in the chops. No biggie.

For one, refs have been proven to be corrupt in the nba. Second, there are some strange statistical trends regarding dan crawford and dwayne wade: Quote:
The chances of a 9-11 conspiracy, or the nba rigging the lottery are ridiculously low, while the chances that crawford is not entirely honest are much, much higher. Either that, or there's a very long string of coincidences involving crawford and wade - believe what you will. |

Hahh, more then i thought. But that isn't much and could be a lot worse. Hell that's 6 comments in 4-5 nights. lol
All night long is a stretch. lol I've still defended him here at times in the past. He's easy to laugh at at times that's for sure. lol Last edited by jeffb; 06-15-2012 at 12:13 AM. |

they can win two on the road, they almost won 2 in SA and the spurs are a better team and their crowd is much better too. Miami's home court is not nearly as great as OKC's.

Problem is MIA gets a shit ton of calls at home. If you thought this game was bad, wait to see what's coming. And OKC wont get the same reach in calls when Durant and Westbrook get hand checked. That'll probably be the biggest difference, as theyll be playing against a more aggressive defence who wont be facing the same consequences for hacking.

Miami has been the better team - they've been leading for probably 70%-75% of the total minutes played - ON THE ROAD. OKC is the most confident team in the 4th quarter |

I just hope that when Miami is playing at home and get's OKC on their heels once again, the officials don't give the hand-flailing super flops that OKC has perfected the benefit of the doubt.

I don't really believe that reffing is fixed in the NBA (obviously, given some of my comments in other threads), but Crawford is definitely one of the more suspicious characters in the league. The results during his officiating of Dallas games are pretty weird too. I remember Cuban calling him out on that last year in order to put a microscope on Crawford and force him to work extra hard to be objective.

Basketballreference has failed me - those don't add up to 61! I would take my thumbs down back if I could. |

Why is this a 2-3-2?
How unfair is that. The better team should be rewarded, not having to face a uphill battle like they have on their hands now. What was wrong with 2-2-1-1-1? |

I can't stand OKC...the hate for Lil Wayne...the fans...the excessive flopping. The only thing I can't hate is DFish & Scotty2Hotty Brooks.
In the end Good will triumph over evil. There's always a seat for Lil Wayne in Miami. |

I believe it's always been 2-3-2 in the nba finals. they do it to save travel time. anyways, I hope Miami can take advantage at home.
