biggest X factor is wade tho, spurs cant stop 2 slashers at once. last year wade was shit for most part of that series and spurs took advantage. if wade can even go back to 3/4 of his flash brilliance, i say heat in 6 but then again, wade hasnt shown it yet so i say spurs in 6. that Parker injury seems a lot less serious then spurs are making it out to be, probably still pissed about ibaka :mu:

The Biggest X factor of the entire series is Parker. If he is able to play effective ball on his ankle, then watch out heat. Spurs have been waiting all year for this matchup while im sure the heat were wishing they could play OCK and sweep them in 5.

He will be, it looks like some BS tactic to say he may not play game 1. I expect him to play like he always does

Didn't he shoot 1-12 in the deciding game? I would agree, that's shooting in the dark.

Heat are without Miller as well. Miller hit HUGE shots for the Heat last year.

Zach Lowe lays it all out nicely in a lengthy piece here -

Welcome to Heat-Spurs 2.0

Yes, but they have Lewis who prolly will start. Also Gary Neal hit a lot of shots, then again they replaced him with mills

Two weeks ago I would of said Spurs in 5.

I think it will go 7...HEAT take it on the road.
Not sure about that. He's been heating up lately and his defence is solid. Spurs have a +15.2 Net Rating with him on the floor this postseason (highest from anyone with at least 20mpg and 5GP). His fastbreak defence is insanely good.

He made a lot of bad unforced turnovers against OKC, he also forgot to box out leading to a few key various OKC offensive rebounds.

He's susceptible to brain farts imo, and if isn't nailing three bombs in the first 5 games like he was last year, and Marco doesn't step up off the bench, I think their will be a little to much pressure on Gino & Parker for the Spurs to win 7 games.

While some of that is true, they have played quite well with him on the floor. And Spurs only need to win 4 games

This has to be the spurs last run at a championship for Timmy Pop and Ginobli so I see the spurs winning in five and I need them to come out swinging

GO SPURS!!!!!

I thought their last run together was two seasons ago. And they look younger now.

Judging from the poll there is no respect for the Heat. No respect for the best player in the world. It'll be a great series to watch. Personally I don't care who wins, I'd be happy if either team wins. Both have positives for winning imo

Last time the heat were doubted (against okc) they dominated. To be fair, the spurs have been given no respect the last couple of years after that Memphis series.
If Lebron ever wants to be considered the greatest, he has to wins, anything short of it, will damage his already damaged reputation
