Nets Most Overrated NBA Player? Devin Harris

I don't buy the hype that Devin Harris is going to be a superstar. Watch what happens without Vince. We know about his dunks but he always was good for 5 assists a game with the Nets. I think the Nets really struggle this year and Devin Harris struggles.

You agree? Who else do you think think takes a step back?

I don't think he was ever touted to be considered a "superstar", but I don't think he's overrated. I think his style is more of a SG than it is a PG, but I think Harris is a great player and easily the best on the lowly Nets now.

If we're talking overrated, then there isn't anymore more overrated than Carmelo Anthony.

Are you kidding? I don't think Wade is overrated at all. He just has no support to play along side.

Nope it just seems like he won't achieve what he has achieved last year.
Ironically I believe he's going to earn MVP next year.

If anything Wade is underated. When people talk about the best players in the league everybody automatically thinks Kobe and Lebron. Most people forget about him and how much he averages per game.

May be the other way around. Look at what happened to the Mavs after he was traded. He was one of the primary reasons they reached the finals in 06; his D on Tony Parker was superb. I think he'll be an all-star a few more times but I don't see him being a Hall of Famer caliber superstar. Nonetheless, I can name a few players I think are more overrated: Danny Granger, Mo Williams..Alright those are the only 2 I think of in terms of upper echelon cats. Just my opinion of course.

I don't really think that Carmelo is overrated. He plays strong on both sides of the floor.

melo is probably the most underrated superstar in the league, but that's mostly because his character issues. i honestly don't think there's much separation between himself and the likes of wade and lebron.

as for harris

do i stand alone thinking that the nets are going to be an entertaining team to watch? they've got themselves a good core or hard nosed players on that roster.
