Deserving, but there was a LOT of good choices this year. Stan Van Gundy, Sloan, Adelman, Karl all had definite cases. I would've still gave it to SVG. That team had NO bench, then didn't lose a step with Meer's injury.

how could you give it to Sloan, his team finished 8th
Adelman or Karl would have been good picks

A solid choice for the award based on what he's done since he got there.

The Cavs were horrible to watch last year in the playoffs....their offense was complete horse-shit. I wanted to see Brown fired.

But this year they seem to be moving the ball around better, less lebron going 1-on-5, more of a team game.

I know defense is the thing that people praise the cavs for improving on, but I find their offense is better too.

I knew it was coming but I kind of didn't want him to win because the Cavs are the Cavs because of Lebron. I think Rick Adelman should of won honestly.

Yeah, you're right. Lebron's the one that has that team playing as one cohesive unit, and got his teammates to buy into those defensive schemes...

I don't like his way of turning Ilgauskas into a shooter instead of his old ways of being a traditional post up center.
but either way Brown stayed with the team and developed it and learned from his mistakes from seasons before.
well deserved.
