Talking Marbury to retire?

Or is he just high?
Quote:
Stephon Marbury posted a few comments on his Twitter page Monday that may indicate he's ready to call it a career.

Perhaps frustrated by the lack of interest he has drawn on the free agent market, Marbury pointed to the years he's spent in the NBA and the millions that he's earned.

"Basketball is just a game. I will say it again. 14 years 250 million. Hold that. I'm good. Thank you Jesus for the blessing. Thanks NBA," Marbury wrote late Monday night.

Maybe he should have done this and skipped the whole public mental breakdown on the Internet? He was one of the more talented players the league has seen. Its too bad he could never put team ahead of ego.

Retirement is when you CHOOSE to stop playing, not when no teams want you anymore.

Sounds like a very bitter, frustrated man. And going by his blog video's a very fucked up one as well.

I watched the videos when he first started and by the end of it, I actually felt sorry for the guy. He seems to have some issues and no one around him is actually helping.

Pity.
I still had some respect to him for his cheap shoes.

I never said why I thought he was probably retiring. Anyway, AI can still ball but Marbury has lost it. He's a complete shadow of himself.
