Default LeBron the Attention Whore

This is the clip I was talking about last night in the "rook-soph" thread. LeBron first coming in a giving Moon the "Tito Santana" forearm and then taking all the attention off Boobie who earned it after hitting 7 three pointers in the 1st half last night before going onto setting a record with 11 three's.

Fuckin' LeBron.

i saw this and was about to say how much i HATE lebron, but before i got the chance, my GF says "why did he steal that guys thunder?... lebron's a loser..."
i just smiled and agreed.

i hate lebron... seriously, it was boobies time to shine, and lebron comes in and steals the spotlight... whats new.
it wouldnt have been so bad if he didnt end off with "wait til sunday... thats my time" or whatever he said at the end.
i hate that guy so much.

seems im always devils advocate, but i dont mind LeBron, you just need to remember he has been told he is the greatest thing since sliced bread since grade 7... its hard to not believe in your hype when ppl treat you that way from that age. I think him living up to being the most hyped #1 draft pick in history and his ridiculous nike deal is beyond amazing, im sure alot of ppl wanted him to fall on his face, but face it, the kids got MAD game. He is still very young and perhaps in time he will grow in maturity, but i can see why he might be this way.

LeBron is a talented basketball player. NO one can deny that.

Is he an arrogant douchebag though? Yes. And this just adds to his douchebagness.

And really.....do you really think he's closer to winning a championship? Without a PG? With an aging, hardly if healthy centre? No Bench? A mediocre coach? Yes, I can see how they are light years ahead of us, seeing how they're an older more veteran team while we're a younger team.

Id trade Bosh, Bargs and TJ for Lebron and not even blink an eye if thats what your asking, he is the most complete player on the planet and aslong as you have him your never too far from being a serious contender.

Also really hoping the Raptors beat the snot out of his cavaliers next time they play.

Really, actually I'd take Kobe over LeBron 10 times out of 10.

Secondly, I'd like to see this, let's put LeBron on a team with guys of the calibre of Scot Pollard. Yes, he's the most complete player and with a team of 9 Pollard's you are a championship team.

Thirdly, this is just such a wow move (dealing Bosh, Bargs and TJ) for one player. Give me team players, a big guy who averages a double double and one of the top young PGs in the game over a single player who wishes he was on the same planet as some of the greats to ever play this game.

Lol wishes he was on the same planet?? Ask the greats u are speaking of what they think of LeBrons game and if they were as good as him at that age?? Yes he got drafted the same year as Bosh... but he was outta high school, has lived up to the hype and more, you can hate on his personality but to hate on his game is a totally different thing, and yes i would trade those 3 for him without thinking, i dont mind having the best player in the world (if not the best u gotta give him top 3) b4 he turns 25, thats ridiculous.

And your example carries no weight and u know it, just because you get LeBron doesnt mean you have 9 Pollards beside him... so plz come up with a better example...

Dude, it was your words really, I was just taking it to another level.

Also, if you want a "real" world example, hmmm, look at his Cleveland team. Yes, that is such a superior team. lol.

By the way he hasn't done anything. Once he actually wins a championship then I'LL see him on some level. Again, give me Kobe over LeBron every single time.

Oh well, I guess we can't all see through the marketing machine that is the NBA

I'd be happy with Lebron if he'd stop biting his fingernails everytime he's on TV.

You think Cleveland is very bad and we are much deeper and talented correct? Interesting cuz last i checked they have a better record then us (granted by only 1 game) and didnt lose in the 1st round last year... in fact, they went to the finals on the shoulders of one.... damn i forgot his name.... yes he is on a horrible team, i agree, but he is such a phenom he can single handedly make them a playoff team and brought them to the finals last year.... so plz dont act like they are so bad and we are so good, we had a decent year last year and fizzled in the playoffs and our "franchise" player was invisable, meanwhile LeBron went against one of the best defensive teams in the league (pistons), who knew that it was gonna be the LeBron show and all they had to do was shut him down to win, but they couldnt, hell every team in the league knows if u can shut him down u can beat the Cav's, but its much easier said then done.

You can take Kobe over LeBron, but you would have to admit its close even if u prefer Kobe, and you would have to say Kobe is a future HOF so what does this make LeBron? Kobe wasnt as dominant at LeBron's age that LeBron is now, nor did he ever take a team as bad as the Cav's to the finals, give LeBron the most dominant centre in the universe for a couple years, and all you would see is bling bling bling bling bling bling bling on his fingers too.
