Lakers & Clippers To Pursue Arenas This Summer

While the Clippers could finally add that star player that they've been desperate to add for years now, could you imagine the Lakers with Arenas? Gilbert, Kobe, Odom, Gasol and Bynum. WOW.

Clippers would be better off staying with Brand

Thornton, Brand, Kaman is a pretty great frontline. Now let's say they get Derrick Rose this draft... that my friends is a scary team. Or it would be if they weren't the Clippers, so knowing them, something will go wrong. What will happen to Maggete is an interesting question though, I assume he's gone by the trade deadline next year.

I think Arenas with those 3 you mentioned MVP is pretty good too. And considering Arenas would be playing in the backcourt, he'd be a nice compliment for a strong a frontcourt. I kind of would like to see the Clippers come out from the Lakers shadow, but that's just me.
