NBA players should stop crying, I lost all my knee cartilage when I was 14. They make millions of dollars.

Because losing cartlige at 14yrs old, must mean that professional basketball players can play on it 3-4 days a week and suck it up, because they make a lot of money. Give me a break.

In KObe's case he has the fame and money already. I am sure his kid's kids are set for life.

He doesnt need another ring.
Its his love for the game and his competitive side that drives him and many of the athletes.

Well when I was 14 I got sick and the disease I had then + the medication I used to take + Playing for school and rep basketball team each day (game and practice) destroyed my knee and got rid of all my cartilage. Now when I run a bit I could actually feel the friction on my bone and after I have to ice my knee for a whole day. And yes eventually people lose their cartilage at a very old age.

Well, it's probably my dislike for Kobe that makes me say this... but just because he has the fame & money, it doesn't mean he doesn't crave more. I'm pretty sure he wants as much as he can get, and it's never enough.

Love for the game may be competing with love of money and recognition.

But like I said. I'm not a Kobe fan, so.... ignore me.

Just no. Lots of rich people dont need money anymore but they still work and make money and dont help people with their money. It isnt because they love working, it is for their desire. They just love money and luxury.
