New York, NY (Sports Network) - The New York Knicks signed free agent center Mouhamed Sene on Thursday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Sene spent time with the Oklahoma City Thunder before being released on February 19. He averaged 3.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in five games with the Thunder before catching on with the Albuquerque Thunderbirds of the NBA Development League.

The 6-11, 230-pound Sene was originally selected by Seattle/Oklahoma City with the 10th overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft. Sene has career averages of 2.2 points and 1.5 rebounds in 46 NBA games.

Holy shit this is by far the biggest acquisation I have seen this year. This is just a bit over the JO signing.

WOW just wow I can't beleive the Knicks signed a player to this calibur.

i wouldn't have minded if the raps had signed him, just to see his worth.
drafted 10th overall. he was pretty raw when the sonics took him... i didn't even know he was available

Just in comparison Yao Ming's wing span is 7'5". So this guy can almost dunk without leaving his feet and just around 7 foot.

Can't some of you cats spell? "Styll"? What kind of shit is that?

Anyways, I don't expect too much outta the kid. He's raw in every sense of the word..and he won't get playing time in New York. The kid is better off going to the D-League and then playing this summer. At very best, he's DeSegana Diop. And that's AT BEST.
