Default The Knicks are the Raps of yesteryear

2nd in points scored

2nd worst in points allowed

One big stud and some nice role players, along with an Italian that runs hot and cold.

Got off to a slow start, picked up a lot of steam and looked like a lock for a fifth seed at least, then fell off a cliff, and could easily be fighting for that 8th seed if Amare sustains any worse injury than what he's experiencing now.

But of course there is always talk of big names going there.

But we'll have a high lottery pick! Suck on that Knickerbockers!

Well I still wish we had Amare rather than Bosh. He wouldn't bring us anything decent in the playoffs by himself, but the man's a beast to watch. A very good leader too.

Lol never noticed that before, still I think Knicks have more of an upside than us last year, their players are better than ours were last year.

LOL! Damn you LX! I was going to make a thread about this but you beat me to it!

All the talk about how Amare was going to be an MVP candidate... about how much better than Bosh he was..... Amare this year = Bosh last year... almost to a T.

The only thing that's missing right now is for Amare to miss about 10 games with an injury. If that happens NY could very well end up missing the playoffs.... same way that we did last year.

only difference with NY is they're not screwed for the future because of the dillusion in peoples minds that ney york is a better city than toronto. i mean comeon, new york better than toronto? that just crazy talk.
