Knicks And Bucks Were Close On Randolph Trade?

Hmmmm ... that would of been interesting, but the Knicks already have enough "chuckers" don't they?

Wow, that would have been a horrible trade for the Knicks. Can Bobby Simmons even jump anymore? The guy's gonna get paid what? 9-10 million a year for another 2-3 seasons? Gadz at least wouldn't require touches, he's just a energy machine and cleans the boards nicely, too bad he makes 6 mil+ a season for the next 3-4 seaons. Then again, Randolph doesn't clear the logjam the bucks have at the 4 position. So, that deal doesn't make sense on their part either. It's just crappy contracts for crappy contracts.

Long term contracts for crappy players is not a terrible trade for the Knicks. It's a typical trade for the Knicks.
