Kaman, that's totally blows...Mmm'kay man?

Quote:
The 2010 NBA All-Star Game ballot was unveiled on Tuesday and there is one glaring, deplorable mistake. Chris Kaman, the reigning Western Conference Player of the Week, was mysteriously omitted.

Kaman, who missed most of the 08-09 season with a foot injury, leads all centers in scoring with 21.9 PPG (That’s 1.9 more PPG than Dwight Howard who led the league in voting last season). Kaman has also pulled down an average of 9.4 rebounds through the team’s first eight games.
Quote:
Here is a complete list of the players that appear on the ballot for the 2010 NBA All-Star game to be played in Dallas.
Quote:
West Centers (12)

Andris Biedrins, Golden State
Andrew Bynum, L.A. Lakers
Marcus Camby, L.A. Clippers
Marc Gasol, Memphis
Spencer Hawes, Sacramento
Al Jefferson, Minnesota
Antonio McDyess, San Antonio
Nene, Denver
Greg Oden, Portland
Emeka Okafor, New Orleans
Mehmet Okur, Utah
Amare Stoudemire, Phoenix
RealGM L.A. Clippers Front Office

Oden: He's there because of hype. Every day he's not hobbling around on crutched on wheeling around in a chair is a good day for Greg "They should have draft Kevin Durant" Oden.

McDysse: He's there because of history. Accuse me of not being nostalgic, whatever, he ain't making it and even Spurs fans have more class than to vote for him. He's a role player now at best for crying out loud.

Gasol: He's there because of potential. Shouldn't be on the list. Bull shit.

Hawes: W---T---F? The guy can't get burn on the pathetic Sacramento Kings, enough said.

Kaman is getting totally insulted, disrespected, whatever. If the system missed him then stop the presses and add lib a little, bitches.

wow... that is quite an omission, especially after the season he's putting together so far.
and its not like he's a rookie or an unknown, the guy has been around for years and has been putting up solid numbers for a long time now.
seriosuly though, spencer hawes is on there? he's not even a starter. he hasnt done shit his whole career.

He's not getting more votes than Amare anyways, ever.

So the coaches will pick him if he keeps it up.

I know he should be on the list.

Happens every year to someone, the list is made up before the season starts.

For sure Kaman should be on the ballot. He's arguably top 5 centre in the west right now. major omission.

I really dont care about this lists and I think Kaman should maybe even start in the west but at the risk of sounding like a homer, I cant say theres a center in the west thats playing better than Marc Gasol right now. My order would be kaman, Bynum/Nene, Marc. But its really really close.

What stats have you been looking at? Marc Gasol is having an amazing year, almost 15 ppg and 12 rpg. It's not just potential

Here is what the selectors thought: Would anyone want to see this guy on their team:

Then they omitted him.
