I don't think that was on purpose but you can tell by the way the team is playing that they don't like the trade

Not his fault Dumars traded away the heart and soul of the team for cap space.

I don't know why AI's getting the hate in all of this. Iverson has, for the most part, tried to make this work and played hard. He's also one of the most enthusiastic supporters of his team when he's on the bench.

Rip on the other hand, has shown some serious attitude problems since the trade (see above). I don't know why he gets a free pass here.

I don't hear AI complaining, just Hamilton.
Whenever something goes wrong they blame AI, how about the coach.

I agree. I saw that game, and noticed that play. Iverson was a bit teary not finishing the game because Stuckey hit 4 big shots and Curry left him on, but Iverson was leading the cheering, and was genuinely enthusiastic about his team winning.

Detroit might as well trade off Sheed, maybe Rip cause the furthest team will go is the 2nd round. With the trade of Iverson, this team has lost a lot of it's identity.

The NBA seriously bores me to death sometimes. But 2010 is going to be a revelation. Man - can't wait for that!

And that is why I could live with trading for the little washed up dude (yeah - ok - he's merely on the edge of being washed up as of right now). At least that would end all the 2010 BS for us here in Toronto, and get us the most bang for next season.

Hamilton has been the baby since the trade, not Iverson. It's pretty shocking that they're 14-18 since the trade with both in the lineup. Anyways Dumars is rebuilding on the fly so if they don't go anywhere this year I doubt he'll be too upset. Still though he probably could've gotten more value than expiring room for Billups if he foresaw this. Something like LaFrentz and Rudy could have worked.

I believe the Pistons have a winning record since the trade with Rip out.... something to think about, Amir Johnson is playing very, very well.
