Default International Prospects Not in the NBA

I was just looking at the Nikola Pekovic thread and thought it would be interesting to make a thread about international prospects, no matter of the age, not in the NBA. Would love to learn some more about top players from foreign countries.

Victo Claver, Blazers drafted him with the 22nd pick 3 years ago, and we haven't heard shit since then.

It starts with Nikola Mirotic. He's amazing.
I think the Bulls have his rights now.
He signed a big contract which will keep him in Europe for a few more years but he clearly has star potential. I think Gallinari is his floor.

If Gallo continues to improve, Gallo may be his ceiling.
