Howard wants SVG fired

It never ends ....

REPORT: HOWARD WANTS VAN GUNDY FIRED

Quote:

The latest twist to this seemingly never ending story has Magic star Dwight Howard demanding that his coach, Stan Van Gundy, be fired, according to WKMG Local 6 Sports Director David Pingalore. It’s a sordid affair that won’t stop anytime soon with this sort of stuff coming out:
Pingalore’s Magic sources confirm that Howard continues to convey to team owners that he wants a change in the coaching staff.
There was an ESPN.com report before the trade deadline that Howard told the Magic to fire Van Gundy. Both parties denied that rumor.
But as one league source told Pingalore, firing Van Gundy will not come as a surprise to people that work in the NBA and that it would come from the direction of Howard.
The league source did say this is pretty much a done deal based on Howard’s demands, and the Magic are already putting pieces together to make a decision after the season.
However, one Magic player who did not want his named used said that there is still is a possibility that Van Gundy could return.

Orlando should have traded this idiot while they had the chance

Don Vito 04-04-2012 10:49 AM

WTF.... hes leaving Orlando, he should have no say in anything right now.

I'm not sure he really wants to leave..... he'd be gone if he did. Dude just wants to be GM and have a coach that doesn't tell him when and when not to shoot. SVG is awesome... nobody runs his team but him. I think he'll resign anyways and Dwight better hope they bring in a decent replacement.

This turds mood changes with every win and every loss.

Last time, he was blaming the other players, so the Magic traded away their roster. Now it's the coach.

Maybe it's your crappy free throw percentage, Dwight.

20 teams would be happy to have SVG

according to an unidentified but credible source, Howard has come out and said he wants to get traded if the magic don't remodel his stall in the home locker rooms. He said that since he's bigger then everyone else, it makes sense for him to have a bigger locker. this news has been confirmed with people on the "inside" of the magic organization, the janitor and the towel boy.

I love Van Gundy. Bring him here.

INSIDER 04-04-2012 11:28 AM

orlando would be fools not to listen to Howard! he is their franchise! they have to fire SVG... why? because D12 said so. he's a 20/10 monster! what he says goes!
in fact, while they're at it, why dont they give him his own personal jet? his own personal locker room? they should just let D12 be the coach... he could be the first player/coach in the NBA!

while they're at it they should just give the GM's job and the money that goes with it to D12

Well then he wouldn't have anything more to complain about... He could build the team he wants with the staff he wants. Then when it all blew up and they sucked, it would literally be all his fault! haha.

Superjudge 04-04-2012 12:22 PM

thats what Kobe does!

not the first superstar to do it, certainly not the last. but you'd think he'd just shutup and stop all the prima donna shit considering he's been a whiny bitch all year...now everything he does is under the microscope and is bound to be coupled with "well yeah, i mean he is a whiny bitch, and that's what a whiny bitch does." this is a guy that supposedly had a last minute change of heart and resigned with Orlando because he was getting lambasted by his fans on twitter. dumbass...small head = small brain

Dario 04-04-2012 12:43 PM

Lol, how could you miss Bill? Haha.

KoolAid 04-04-2012 07:16 PM

See, franchise players only bring bad, the raptors don't need one!:cookie:

That organization deserves what it gets. I hope they bend over for him, change the coaching staff and he leaves in 16 months.
