Hoopsworld: Grizz Want 3 Million & "SLIGHTLY LOWER PICK" for Their 2nd Pick

I'm guessing Rubio. But the main question would be would he come to Toronto?

I don't see why he wouldn't. He'd have a mentor in Jose - speaks the same language, plays the same position. I'm sure he's heard the success stories of Jorge and Jose playing in Toronto. Wouldn't surprise me if it was at the top of his list.

Thabeet's also not out of the question either. We need a defensive-minded centre much more than we need a point guard.

Moving up to the second pick would also mean we probably wouldn't be looking at addressing one of our wing spots in the draft. I'm not so sure this happens.

Pretty sure they'd want to move down to 4 or 5, where they can nab Hill. 9 is too far down to get him.

From what i've read here, i thought he wanted to go to a warm climate. Plus with Jose here maybe he thinks he wouldn't get much playing time..?

If he's going to bitch about the climate he's playing in, then I don't want him anyway.

"Someone" around him said he would love to play in a place with sea since he grew up in the coast. Nothing more. He didnt talk about warm weather.

I think the Raptors need to make a move. Colangelo said there was no point in moving up unless it was for one of the top picks. Get it done Brian!

I know, what Im saying is that the weather or location wont be a big factor on his decision. He said he would love to play in a place with sea, but that doesnt mean it will change his decision.

This seems like THE perfect spot for Toronto. Get Rubio for pennies on the dollar and have him tutored by Calderon for a few seasons before he takes over. What could be a better situation for him?

if they move up for only 3 mil and there pick believe me there not gonna draft anyone but rubio or thabeet, and probably rubio because colangelo believes you should pick the best talent

I was just playing around with you.

Maybe he'd like to play next to Lake Ontario (which is considered by some an inland sea).
