I posted this idea earlier this week:

The Heat should trade Bosh for two players: 1) A better post defender, 2) A reliable scorer to come off the bench and create his own points.

That would be a much bigger benefit to the Heat than Bosh is. At the same time, signing Bosh was a smart move because they'll probably be able to move him for value.

Hahhh, i was thinking about this the other day. What if Bosh was traded away if he continued to shit the bed. lol

I was also wondering in general which one of Bosh, Lebron, Wade would either be dealt or ask to be dealt if they didn't win a championship. I aslo wonder what they'll do at the deadline this season. They can't be done, their thin up front. Like i said when this went down this summer, i have a feeling this won't end well, which imo would be fun to watch.

Miami needs shooting at the PG position and a goon huh. Jose and Reggie for Bosh?... No way.

Agree with this arcticle. They do need a big boy who's all business down low. Scola seems ideal. Houston has wanted Bosh for quite some time.

Chris Bosh sat down with LeBron James on Friday night to discuss how Miami's Big Three could better complement each other.

Six games into the season the team's transition wasn't going as easily as Bosh had planned.

"I was just honest," Bosh said of his chat with James. "I get a little lost out there because it's different."

Bosh's numbers are down across the board, but he insists that finding himself on the court among his new teammates cannot be measured by statistics.

He is averaging 14.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.

It's really too bad that we didn't deal with HOU in the summer.... Bosh would have been a nice fit with Brooks, Martin and Yao and we could have had Scola and maybe Battier or Ariza.... which would have been equally nice.

Still.... way too early for MIA to think about doing anything though.

Maybe if they don't win the title they'll look at things in the off-season... but not before then.

Heat kinda playing like raps did last year for most of year with buch of new guys. I would say give it some time till mid-season or so to adjust, and they need a pg (Nash cough Nash). I saw on tsn or something that heat were outplayed in both of theyr losses because of heavy pg play from both rondo and cp3. As for Bosh, doubt they'll get rid of him.
Having said all that, if they don't win the whole thing this year, this is going to be hilarious!!

the truth is, Bosh doesnt fit on the team, and everyone knows it.
Miami is realizing they dont need him and can get more pieces for that huge price tag he has.
a guy that is giving you 14 and 5 from the PF position and gets paid 100 million? you could get 4 guys for that salary who would benefit the team more.
i think the heat need to find a rebounding bruiser and a legit PG and will probably look to Houston (as someone mentioned), imagine them will Brooks and Scola? yikes!
it looks as though CB's rebounding numbers were inflated due to a certain someone at the C position.
i dunno what the rest of the league is saying but im guessing for starting PF's he must have the worst rebounding number out of that lot.

Why would Huston want Bosh when scola is a total beast this yea thus far, and gets paid half the money Bosh does?

2 summers ago Bosh worked his ass off to build bulk in his upper body and get in shape for his free agent year. This summer it seems like he was hitting the talk show circuit. If you watch the Heat games (and pre-season) he looks so thin (including his arms) and seems to have lost all the upper body bulk and muscle that he gained. If Chris spent the offseason putting on bulk again no one would be having this conversation.

Miami doesn't really need much of anything, other than a few more games. It never fails to amaze me how every season people get sucked into thinking that the first couple of weeks of the season will project out into the rest of the season just so. This team didn't even have a key member through pre-season.

It's possible that they might end up missing Mike Miller, and if they want to get more depth come the time when they would be able to trade Bosh, they should look into it. But chances are that this team simply gets better from game to game.

Great post.

That's the thing that I noticed the most when I watched him play this season.

He should have been busting his ass again to keep that weight up (or put it back on). Would have helped more.

That being said, James & Wade have to involve him more.

only thing I don't agree with is the last part.... Bosh should be able to rebound more without being included.... he's just lazy if he's not getting shots....
