Garnett has no right to label anyone's actions as "classless" with the type of shit he's been pulling in the past.

he deserves more than jjst a game...
it should be 1 game for the elbow, and another for running away after throwing it.
fake tough guy.

To me you have to give more than 1 game, I can't believe they gave only one.

If you elbow a guy in the middle of the game in a heated play, like Dwight did last year, he got one game.

To elbow a guy when the game is in full stoppage? Should be a game for that and a game for the elbow itself.

wow its alll in a celtics uniform

looks like winning has made into a ego maniac bully out on the court, and the fact htat he can't handle losing

the Boston Celtic team might be the most hated team in the league, with guys like KG, Pierce, Rondo, Perkins, big Baby, Rasheed,

hell I cant stand these guys,

miami better put them out of there misery

by the way with NY Knicks not looking good, the Nets, and Philly down, and the celts geting old the raps could take advantage of a weaker divison next year if Bosh resigns

thats if Lebron decides to stay with the cavs, wade with miami, joe johnson in ATL, it would be a great situation for the raptors

yay! i like this notion. he's a great player and all. but you don't need to have that smirk in your face to show you're very serious and you want to win. Tim Duncan and Dwight Howard doesn't show that kind of representation.

"No, I wasn't surprised at all, to be honest... I just want my message to be done, and all of this to be over with. My message here is: Whoever it is, my teammates, [Celtics coach] Doc Rivers, or anyone in the organization, I want them to know I got their back.

"The elbow wasn't deliberate. The league does what it has to do to set the tone. I respect that. It's time to move on and get back to a wonderful series."

Garnett did grit his teeth when asked about whether the instigator in the situation -- Richardson -- should have gotten more than a $25,000 fine.

"You know how it goes," said Garnett. "The person that usually instigates something is not the one that usually gets the penalty. But it's over. It's what it is. We've both been dealt with."
so basically, the fact that q-rich said something dickish gave you the right to throw an elbow at his head in order to tell your teammates that you got their back...

...but it wasn't intentional.

since when is throwing a cheap-shot elbow - then running away - having your teammates back?
