Lulz.

Was I the first person in this thread to make mention of Bosh?

No.

Nice to know that the assclowns still come out in the off-season though.

bosh is not a great player. he's not even top 5 in his own position, so that roughly makes him top 25 player overall....
good is a more accurate adjective

Bosh was effective in the finals but they just decided not to give him the ball in the 4th quarter

he also passed it off very quickly at times too. He had opportunity and LBJ was in a passing mood as well.

It's at least debate-worthy. It's not a proven fact that he's a top 5 PF anymore.

He was chosen by the coaches this year as an all-star. And imo he was the Heats 2nd best player in the finals.

I would still take Bosh over Randolph, Aldridge and maybe even Amare.

I would say he did considering his numbers and his role as #3 on a team vs what those players did as #1 or 2 on their respective teams.

sure, thats ur opinion and ur right.
but i guess the simple fact that this is debatable and Bosh isn't a sure lock for top 5 pf currently, proves that he isn't a great player, but a good one
which is what the original dispute was about

So if he's say the 6th best PF out of the 30 starters in the NBA he isn't great, just good? Got it. lol

Plus outside of the top 2 or 3 none of them are sure lock top 5 PF's, period. Hell some think that Pau isn't top 5 and that he's too soft. There is not sure lock beyond 2-3. Bosh is certainly in the discussion in the top 5, which makes him a great player at his position.

toraps original comment was that is silly to think that miami only has 2 great players.
implying that Bosh should be also considered a great player.
my take on it is that Bosh isn't on the same level as lebron and wade. so thats why i said Bosh isn't great but good, to form the seperation. but if ur gonna call Bosh great, then you gotta use something better to describe lebron and wade
