Spurs Duncan's wife files for divorce

Quote:
Tim Duncan is reportedly going through divorce proceedings with his wife Amy.

Court papers filed last week include a request that legal discovery in the case be postponed until after the Spurs' last playoff game.

The Duncans met at Wake Forest when Tim was on the basketball team and Amy was a cheerleader.

Amy initiated the divorce proceedings on March 27.

Richard Orsinger represented Tony Parker in his divorce from Evan Longoria in 2010.

Always have prenuptial agreement before getting married! I don't get why people don't use it when this is widely available worldwide. Marriages nowadays won't last so might as well have a prenuptial.

BE SMART.

Marriage is supposed to be a political thing, not something about LOVE. Back in the Dark Ages they arrange marriage for the purpose of a treaty by both royal families. Before the Middle Ages, men would pay a bride for the access of sex. It's after the Middle Ages the Catholic church spread the idea of free choice as to selecting a husband/wife that's probably how our society came up the MARRIAGE = LOVE thing.

Prenuptial agreement or else prepare for a divorce court, child support, alimony, and etc. Divorce is the biggest money-transfer scheme and now became a fuckin business for women.

Fuck, she'll probably get half of his shit. Too bad it's happening during the playoffs and at the end of his career after he's earned all his money.

Apparently she was ho'n around and got caught.

Time for a Tim/Tony night out

Tim Duncan had concerns as long ago as last fall. According to a well-placed source, that led him to hire a private investigator.
Sounds like a case for Jeffb.

So he's being dealing with "emotional turmoil" all year. Kudos to him for not wilting but rather harnessing his rage to perform at a historic level for a 37 year old. Few players have been capable of a 1st team All-NBA season at that age.

Feel terrible for him. Has to suck marry someone make millions on millions and the chick two times him and will probably end geting half. They need to fix those laws. I agree should get some money like 20 percent. But where was she when Duncan was shooting jumpers in the gym. I'm sure woman who make multi millions would feel the same if there cheerleader husbanded cheated then get half

But I'm thinking that if this private investigator has some physical proof in the form of pictures or audio then TD might have a pretty good case when it goes to court.

IMO - Duncan has appeared happier this season playing basketball then any other season I can remember.

It might have been more stressful being married then breaking up.
