Bosh has a chance now to move to Dallas now. Make that 6 teams now on the list for Bosh?

He'll re-sign in Dallas.

I would say Bosh is more desired then Dirk, mainly due to age.

How much money does Dirk expect to get? He's 32 and leaving 21mil on the table.
Just wants to get out of Dallas? Or pushing Cuban for extension?

Wants to sign one last big contract before he's staring at the wrong end of 34.

I think Dirk's looking for a ring.. not necessarily a pay day. I can see him taking a pay cut to play for a contender. Not the MLE or anything, but a pay cut nontheless..

Sign and Trade Bosh for Dirk and then package Bargs and Calderon for Joe Johnson and we got a contender. Sign Haywood for the MLE. Draft Avery Bradley.

Jack/Bradley
Johnson/DeRozan/Bellinelli
Turk/Weems
Dirk/Evans
Haywood/Johnson

Its not going to happen
Love Dirk but he is about to hot downside of his career he would cost us about 80 million for 3 years.

Haywood really sucks.

SG isn't our problem its our problem and Atlanta would benefit more than Toronto in the trade Bargs would allow Horford to be a PF and a Bibby/Jose combo isn't that bad.

We would have an ancient team Dirk, Haywood, Turk all over 30 with JJ 29.
Dirk, Haywood & Turk on the downside of careers.
JJ not really a Super Star.

Jack as starting PG????????????

Plus the obvious Dirk not going anywhere plus we would have to give more than Bosh to match salaries.

Makes sense, the mavericks aren't going anywhere with Dirk, and Dirk isn't getting anywhere with the mavericks.

Like i said, he's going nowhere! Better to have a 4yr 70-80Mil deal then a 1 year 20Mil deal. His last big contract while he's still pretty young.

The Mavericks expect Dirk Nowitzki to opt out of the final year of his contract, a source said Saturday, because it will allow the two sides to work on a new four-year deal.

If Nowitzki opts out by July 1, it may allow him to add a no-trade clause to any new contract.

The source added that whether he opts out or not won't have any impact on the likelihood that Nowitzki will remain with Dallas.

I remember Kobe extended for 3, must be the MAX for players their age, that means they have incentive to opt out
but players of LeBrons age get an extra year if they resign, so the contract situation is fliped
