Blazers Devin Harris to Portland?

Quote:
The Blazers and Nets are in discussions about an exchanged centered around Andre Miller for Devin Harris.

Travis Outlaw and Anthony Morrow have been discussed as possible players going to Portland, while Rudy Fernandez and Joel Przybilla could be moved to New Jersey.

Portland's interest in Harris dates back to when he played for Dallas.

Hmm this could be a good trade. Portland is a young team ,and they will find more athleticsm with harris than miller. Devin Harris needs a new start. he has not impressed me at all this season or the last. Also would be good wit Brandon Roy, who i hear cant stand miller.

The NBA is a business. If managment finds it better to send you off for a better player or better opurtunitties in the future, then ur gone.

If this Melo deal does indeed for through, the Nets need to use either Chauncey or Harris as a trading chip to bring in a solid 4.

Nets are too stupid man... Get rid of Harris for Fernandez? Sorry but doesn't seem worth it. And the offer for Melo is just plain "Lol"

plz do it. harris is terrible on my fantasy team. at least this way he would get more assists with players that can actually knock down open looks.

First off, why are the knicks even makin deals with for melo rite now? Why dont they just wait until the summer, when tehy can get him for free as a free agent , instead of trading half their roster, and their future.

If a Blazer trade involves saving money, our new GM is all for it. If it involves spending money, absolutely no way Jose. We're Cho's Budget Blazers now boys and girls.
(Blazers hate it when I use that term, and delete my post whenever I say CBB on their official websites.)

I wrote this over here, got no response. They kinda hate it when I pick on D. Harris, when I feel I'm just being observational...

Did the Nets almost set the all time futility mark for lack of wins in a season last year?...YES
Was Devon Harris the point guard on that team last year?....YES

With the super teams always pushing to win the big show, why have none of them snagged Harris in all these years?

He's good, but can he win games?....NO
Can Andre Miller win games?.....YES

Harris is just a after thought now, especially with young guys coming up every year at his position to push him back down the ladder,

they actually can. But after i wrote my comment, i thought about it for some time, and i got it- why they want melo rite now. I think because they havent been in a playoff spot forr sooooo long, that they are so eager to make some noise in the playoffs come april that they are willing to trade half their players for Carmelo, so then Carmelo sees that this could be a good team, and signs with the knicks? This seems like a good reason why they wont give up on carmelo rite now.
