Bulls Derrick Rose tears right medial meniscus

Derrick Rose was killing the Blazers, but then he hurt his knee. Went to the locker room.

Good source tells me #Bulls fear it's a torn right ACL for Derrick Rose. If so, unlikely he will ever be the same.

Wow if true.

Marc Gasol with a possible torn MCL and Rose with the right ACL..... unbelievable. Feel sorry for Rose, with all the slag he took about taking his time, really trying to make sure he was better than ever. It's so hard to come back from any lower body injury like that where you don't end up compensating for or favouring that previously injury. As for Gasol, dude was really putting up some mindblowing games and it's such a shame to see this guy go down. Major injuries in the west, hope Curry isn't taken down with those headaches too. Crazy morning of news after a great night at The Pour House.

Wow if true.
I predicted he'd never be the same as it was, but if true that really really sucks.

Have a feeling Chicago will dismantle this team soon.

Bulls fans even want to tank with a roster much more talented than ours...but clearly Raptors fans have an inferiority complex

Iggy said he felt a pop in his hammy last night, terrible night for knees last night.

Different knee, last acl was his left knee. This one was his right.

Just really, really bad luck and I've never heard of a person tearing an acl in both knees successively like this.

Bulls seem to be catching bad breaks with their pg's.. Jay Williams motorcycle accident, now Derrick Rose with his knee problems.. even though Rose is proven and already has one mvp trophy, still a tough break

Not good for NBA fans in general. He was one of the good stars. He'll be back but never the same.

Really hope it isn't a torn ACL. Can't imagine how awful it would be to rehab for an entire year, just to have it cut short so early in the season. Guess this would go in the world soccer thread. But a Real Madrid and Germany - Sami Khedira - midfielder tore their ACL in a friendly against Italy and is out till after World Cup 2014. Talk about a crappy week for injuries, as someone has already mentioned.
