1. Push-ups. Lots of them everyday
2. Sit-ups, you could lose some weight
3. Go for a run. You could stand to lose 30 pounds of fat
4. Be a black man. They are generally more muscular. See: Howard, Dwight. If i had D12's shoulders, i would be so very happy.

It'd be naive to think that quite a few guys were not juicing in some form. And yes, that includes David Robinsin and Alonso mourning.

http://www.belowthemendozaline.com/w...ing-flxing.jpg

And this is what some of the guys who didn't bother look like.

I was a little worried about LeBron starting last year. From behind, I thought he was Ben Wallace. I'm not saying nothin', i'm just sayin'....

They are professional athletes who spend lots and lots of time in the gym. They arent that huge, u dont need to be on roids for that. That shit just takes a little hard work.

That's true and who wants their heroes to be exposed for steroids like in baseball. But let's get real about the fact that a lot of people use steroids. A lot! And we can narrow it down by eliminating those who obviously don't....skinny, every day guys walking around everywhere. But here's the facts....

According to the Center for Disease Control and Preventionís (CDC) Youth Risk Behavior SurveillanceóUnited States, the percentage of students who reported lifetime steroid use increased during 1991--2003 (2.7%--6.1%) and then decreased during 2003--2005 (6.1%--4.0%). Although the declining trend is somewhat comforting, and the figures donít seem staggering, I assure you they are both misleading. Letís crunch the numbers shall we? The up to minute U.S. Census Bureau reports a total population of just over 301 million people, of which the National Center For Education Statistics estimates 16.5 million or 5.4% are public and private school children between 9th and 12th grade. Using the CDCís 4% current lifetime userís stat, we get an estimated 660,000 students (14 to 17 years of age) whoíve admitted to steroid use as of the year 2005. But thatís just the beginning, because as any researcher worth his paycheck will tell you, self-reports are notoriously underrepresented. Sadder still is the fact that our 4% figure though reported in 2006 only used data through early 2005, which was just prior to the many recent professional sports scandals and subsequent resurgence of steroid popularity. So what do all these numbers and dates mean? Simply put, ďThe use of steroids among children is a REALLY BIG PROBLEM!Ē

Steroid Statistics - Steroid Abuse .com

Everyone can always say "not me, I go to the gym a lot". OK, so who's left then? All these people are taking them and none admit to it. What percentage of people who are muscular and stocky are out there on the street? Not too many. So that leads any reasonable person to think that an awful lot of muscular people are taking a short cut. I don't know what the big deal is to admitting it.

There are Olympic athletes who train all day, every day and don't have the physique of those who put in an hour or 2 four times a week. Why do you suppose that is? Genetics-Schnemetics. Not just in sports, but it is the ones who you think are on something that keep getting busted....McGuire, Canseco, Bonds, Ben Johnson, Stallone, Timbaland, 50 cent, Manny Ramirez.

Ben Johnson trained a lot also.......aaaaaaaaaallllll day long. Is he really that much bigger and stronger than LeBron, Mourning, Ben Wallace?

I'm no Jose Canseco, but when/if the major sports get real testing, especially the NFL, a lot of people are going to be very disappointed.

You don't have to be he-man and have big muscles to be on the roids...I too do believe there are many NBA players on the roids & if they get caught it will be big.

Exactly.

Some of these guys are just genetic freaks (D12, Lebron) but many of them just put in a ton of time working out.

Think about it....

Nothing to do all day except push weights and do plyometrics and cardio.

Then you have more than enough money to buy all the vitamins and suppliments that you need... not to mention a personal chef.

About D. Robinson... he also grew up being a gymnast... which could easily account for his killer body. Great flexibility and muscle tone. Not to mention the fact that he spent a few years in the Navy.

You also do not have to be ripped. I thought David Ortiz (Big Papi) was on Kentucky Fried chicken, not Roids.

And I thought Manny Ramirez was running on nothing but Soul Glo
